Once we have found the one, we need to create the winning offer.

Once accepted, more team players are needed including my excellent preferred inspection vendors and my transaction coordinator. 

There is a detailed timeline: offer acceptance, EM deposit, disclosures, scheduled inspections, inspection response, repair requests, final closing documents to be verified, signing, distribution of funds, recording with the county, and then the best part of all: giving you the keys!
